“I met George around 10 years ago buying some livestock panels from him. We became friends and he became like an older brother, even gave me the nickname Big Bird... liked bringing me those seed bars every so often. He was such a kind soul and so thoughtful. He always turned up with a smile, usually some kind of food and helped me learn a lot about farming. He was always around to lend a hand and play practical jokes.
