He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha and Stephanie; his mother Susanne; his siblings, Patricia Marsh, Joseph, David (Janice) and Bonnie Chadwick (Allan Roodt) of Lahaina, Maui; his close friend Susan Payne; and his siblings' children, Jacquelyn of Canberra, Julianne and Daniel. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
