He is survived by: his wife Ria; his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, Lennie Van Wieringen (Koos), Paul Smit (Roxanne) and Edith Smit; and his siblings' children, Martijn (Roos), Mark, Melanie (Steve), Mees, Stijn and Nisse.
