She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys and Allen; and her siblings, Allen Holden (Bud), Jack Holden, Jim Holden and Beverly Burrus.

She is survived by: her close friend Billy Brown of Calgary, AB; her sister Patricia Holden of Tappen, BC; her children, Doug Vair (Angelique) of Abbotsford, BC, Kimberly Harder of Abbotsford, BC and Jennifer Holden of Calgary, AB; her grandchildren, Jonathon, Devon, Amanda, Rachel, Liam, Deidre and Sean; and her husband Billy Brown. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
