She was predeceased by: her husband Zan; her daughter-in-law Janet (Kevin); and her siblings, Fern, Allan, Lloyd, Pearl, Elsie and Roy.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin, Colin (Jill) and Ken (Pam McDougall); her grandchildren, Kately and Riley; and her siblings, Sonia, Ross, Fay, Alice and Arnold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Gladys won several prestigious awards for her significant contributions to the Community of Varsity and the City of Calgary.
