With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenda Burns of Calgary, Alberta, born in Morden, Manitoba, who passed away on May 15, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Whyte and Norman Whyte; and her sister Colleen. She is survived by: her sister Coral; her former husband Jack Burns; her daughters, Coral Lee Burns (Ron) and Jacqueline Burns Edmundson (Ernest); her brother Garry (Debbie); her nieces and nephews, Tyler, Dustin, Kelsey, Lynn, Karen, Eleanor and Robert Wayne; her brother-in-law Bob; and her friend Ben.

It is one of the many tragedies of the Covid epidemic that Jacqueline of New Orleans was unable to see Glenda during 2020 or be there during her passing.
