He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Cruickshank and Isla Cruickshank. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Cruickshank of Calgary; his children, Karen (Jeff), Bryan and Scott (Leah); his grandsons, Luke, Zak, Hunter and Remco; and his sister Marie Mallette.
