He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Barber and Belva Barber; his children, Annette Barber, Michelle Penner (Scott) and James Barber; his significant other Hazel Jean Barber; his stepdaughter Deborah Leah Rybak; and his grandsons, Kyle Greenwood, Chase Penner and Aaron Barber.
