He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marlene Quartly; his children, Patrick Quartly, Lana Blackburn, Sarah, Carlo Lucente, Michael, Janann Blackburn and Angela Blackburn; his grandchildren, Pryor Quartly, Taylor Quartly, Tyshon Blackburn, Ernesto, Carlo, Rosetta Lucente, Thomas Lang, Elizabeth, Elijah Blackburn, Sister Dena and Larry Bickford; his nieces, Lisa and Tracy; and also Piper Quartly. He was also cherished by his family and many dear friends.
