Hannie Arndt Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hannie Arndt of Calgary, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 8, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustav Strauss and Wilhelmina Strauss (Zeitner); her husband Dan of Calgary; her siblings, Ervin Strauss (Delores) and Ruth Grueneich (Reuben); and her daughter-in-law Patricia Arndt.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Greg Jr., Natasha, Lavern (Deb), Jordan (Brita), Devin (Alli), Kendell (Jodine), Ashley (Joelle), Conan (Julana), Madison and Tyson; her brother Helmut Strauss (Jean); and her children, Kristian, Tim and Megan. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and all the partners of her grandchildren.
All contributions could be made out to Springside Baptist Church, indicating White Cross or to Alberta Baptist Association (11525 23 Ave. NW, Edmonton, AB T6J 4T3) as gifts of remembrance.
