Harbachan Brar Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harbachan Brar of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on August 8, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Harbachan Brar to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sardar Niranjan Singh and Sardarni Sahib Kaur Deol; and her siblings, Gurcharan, Gurbachan, Harbhajan, Beant, Gurcharan and Sardool.
She is survived by: her husband Sardar Bakhtawar Singh Brar; her sister Gurdeep Kaur; her children, Kuldeep Sandhu (Gurlal) and Jagdeep Brar (Jaswinder); and her grandchildren, Simran, Naminder, Sukhman, Sumeet, Puneet, Kirandeep and Navjot.
It was her wish that donations be made to various charities including the Punjabi Community Health Services organization on her behalf. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Calgary.
