He is survived by: his wife Jo (Jo); his sons, Jason (Christi) and Calvin (Lucia); his grandchildren, Eric (Veronika), Teagan and Danica; his great grandchildren, William and Victoria; and his sister-in-law Annie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
