He is survived by: his wife Heather Macaulay; his siblings, Hazel Foreman, Anne Lozinski (Michael) and Neil (Pat); his children, Gordon, Frank (Barb), Donald (Robin), Lorraine (Dave), Allan (Amanda) and Anne; and also, Mary Catherine (David) and Angela (Doug).
"In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, which ultimately supports the wonderful team, led by Dr. Muruve, at the Shumir Nephrology Clinic.".
