He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Dorothy Rutherford. He is survived by: his significant other Joan Gould of Nanton, Alberta.; his children, Paul Rutherford (Pam) of Calgary, Susan Rutherford (Cameron Nicolson) of Calgary and Cliff Rutherford (Tamara) of Millarville; his grandchildren, Marley Rutherford and Tristen Rutherford-Bryenton; his sisters, Ina May Rutherford and Elizabeth Chesbro; and his friend Karen Gould of Nanton.
