With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irma Hermann of Calgary, Alberta, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 12, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though Irma may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Bloch and Elizabeth Bloch (Hennig); and her son-in-law Frank Calder. She is survived by: her husband Siegfried (Sigi); and her daughters, Judy Calder, Sylvia Vieth (Jon) and Vicky Larson (Jordan). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in memory of Irma Hermann to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd.
