She was predeceased by: her former husband Steve Jamrichko; her daughters, Alice (Gerry) and Lori; her great grandchild Jesse; and her sister Sylvia (Ray Geddman).

She is survived by: her husband Melvin Higdon; and her children, Joan (Dale), Robert and Vicky (Barry). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren.
