She was predeceased by: her parents, David Brown and Annie Brown (Galen Clark Norris); her daughter Gayle Anne Howard; and her siblings, David, James, Leonard Brown, Helen Combest and Edith Olhausen.
She is survived by: her husband Galen Norris; her son-in-law Allen Howard; her daughter Jo; her son-in-law John Allen of Calgary; her grandchildren, Glen Gibbons, Shawn Howard (Crystal), Lori Roczkowsky (Chris), Dan Allen (Laura), Patricia Swalm (Michael) and Christine Erickson (Mike); her great grandchildren, Faith, Braden, Ethan, Hunter, Grace, Ashley, Hudson, Jaden, Bella, Cole, Emma, Elena, Eden, Ben and Hope; her sisters, Alice Norris, Gladys Anderson and Audrey Ward (Wally); and her sister-in-law Marian Kaufman (Dave). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, if friends and family so desire, tributes in memory of Isabelle may be donated to the ''ALC Building Artwork Project'' that Isabelle was so passionate about (mailing address above).
