He was predeceased by: his siblings, Keith, Hazel and Donna. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughters, Karen Nyhoff (Doug) and Colleen Badger (Geoff); his grandchildren, Taylor, Mason, Kennedy Nyhoff, Allison (Taran) and Dylan Badger; and his brother Lance.
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Jack after a long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
