With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacob Fred Woloshchuk (Calgary, Alberta), born in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 13, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Woloschuk and Haffia Woloschuk; and his sister Mary. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Dawn (Jeremy); his grandson Maddox; his daughter Tanis (Andy); his granddaughters, Isabelle and Jessica; his sister Sophie (Wilfred); his brother-in-law Don; and also Bob.
