He is survived by: his wife Penny Tonita; his children, Ginger, Adam, Kelli Olsen, Ryan, Nate, Ty, McKenna, Hayley and Cody; his stepdaughter Lena Owusu; his parents, Edward Malacko (Ed) and Edna Malacko; his in-laws, Steve and Peggy Tonita; and his siblings, Calvin Malacko, Sheryl Wasilenko, Stephen Malacko and Wendy Nergaard. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
