He was predeceased by: his parents, David and Marie. He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Chris), David, Michael and Jeremy (Brianna); his grandchildren, Logan, Hayden and Brendan; and his siblings, Laura (Batista), Roy and Norman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear lifelong friends.
