He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Alecia; his mother Ruth; his siblings, Hal (Donna) of Calgary, Bill (Sheila) of Cape May, NJ, Virginia (Tim Cosbey) of Gabriola Island, BC and Andrea (Callum Hill) of New Westminster, BC; his siblings' children, Tannis (Steve Gaffney), Kelly, Lendon, Rob, Calen, Will and Super Dave; and also Elisabeth.
