Jana Erben Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jana Erben (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on May 18, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jana Erben to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Karel Basika of Prague and Maria Basikova of Prague; and her brother Karel Basika of Prague. She is survived by: her son Michal Erben (Nicole) of Calgary; her grandson James Erben of Calgary; and her sister Ivana Bergmann (Karel) of Calgary. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.
