He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Erika, Bruce, Emma and John; and his uncle Roger Mayo.
He is survived by: his parents, Bruce Mayo and Tracy Bohn (Rocky); his wife Kari; his daughters, Jazzmyn and Bella; and his sister Jessica (Travis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
