He was predeceased by: his friend Jeffrey Hoban; his grandfather Doug; and his aunt Julie. He is survived by: his parents, Heather Hoban and Richard Hoban (Tracey); his siblings, Jamie Hoban (Richyl), Jill Van Geel, Julie Boake (Mike) and Jennifer Smith (Don); his grandparents, Jean Tutty, Loretta Hoban and John Tutty; his niece Paige; and his nephews, Johnathan and Carter.

Due to COVID we are figuring out a safe way for people to Celebrate Jeffrey's life.
