Jennifer Rose Ooms Obituary
Jennifer Rose Ooms was a beloved mother, daughter, aunt, companion and friend who left us unexpectedly.
She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Jen loved camping, dirt biking and spending time with family and friends. Jen never judged anyone, but only looked for ways to help them find their way. Most of all, she loved and adored her children, they were her world. If you were around to see when she gazed into their faces, the pure joy radiating from her would blind you.
Jen is survived by her children Austin and Ayla Menard, their father Justin Menard, her mother Kim Ooms, grandfather Frank Ooms, stepfather Darcy Novak, father Scott MacDearmid, brother Adam Novak, sister-in-law Sarah Novak, uncle and aunt Wayne and Josie Ooms, cousin Justin Ooms, Les and Lana Wallace, Linda Lyle, Amy Grafe and sisters Ashley, Samantha and Harvi-Lynn, and many friends. Jen was predeceased by her grandmother Rosie Ooms.
A Celebration of Jennifer's Life will be held at the Acadia Recreational Complex, 240 – 90 Avenue S.E., Calgary on Friday, January 31, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm
