We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2022, at the age of 91, Joan Elaine Decter (Calgary, Alberta), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Oscar Decter. She is survived by: her sister Rhoda (Jim) of Vancouver, B. C.; her children, Ross (Karen) of Hershey, Pennsylvania, Ellen of Freeport, Bahamas, Hal of Victoria, B. C., Marcia (Malcolm) of Danville, California and Jeff (Dali) of Calgary; her grandchildren, Alex (Erin), Tanner, Taylor, Rachel, Greer, Ilaina (Kailey) and Sean; her great grandchildren, Alexa (Joey), Peyton and Ava; and her great great grandchild Lilith. She is also survived by many loving relatives and wonderful friends.
