It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Isabelle Larsen of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald and Isabelle; her sisters, Lila (Walter Smith) and Doris (Ken Parham); and her cousin Greg (Leanne).

She is survived by: her husband John Reffstrup Larsen; her children, Karen Riep (Bruce), Donna Macdonald (Mike), Chris Larsen (Jayne) and Jeff Larsen (Carson); her grandchildren, Christian Larsen (Holly), Kimberly Hassink (Aaron), Michael Macdonald, Tyler Larsen and Gavin Macdonald; and her niece Cathy Yaskow (Larry).
