He was predeceased by: his former wife Jean; his brother Peter; and his son Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his children, Jennifer, Kim (Ray), Ted (Jody) and Dan (Julia); his stepchildren, Karla (Byron) and Jonathan (Karen); and his grandchildren, Jazmine, Ty, Rannon, Emma, Leelou, Zakary, Eva and Otis.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
