It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Bertens (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away on November 26, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anneke Bertens and Peter Bertens; and his siblings, Martin Bertens and Gerardina Van Aert. He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Peter and Amy Webster (Robbie); his grandchildren, Jack, Willem, Anneke and John; and his sisters, Cathy (Leo), Ria (Andy) and Lia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
