He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Braun and Margaretha Braun (Brandt); his siblings, Helen (Henry Fast), Martha (late Jim Loewen), Tina (late Elmer Barkman), Elma (late Walter Goertzen), Cornelius, Menno (late Lucy Hesse) and Leo (late Linda Schmidt); and his daughter Jennifer Rachel Julie.
He is survived by: his wife Deanna; his sons, Jeremy (Carey Davies) and James (Rachel Wolstenholme); his grandchildren, Ryley, Ivy, Autumn and Harland; his siblings, Trudi (Ed Wiens), Naomi (Willie Stoesz), Cliff (Ramona Doerksen) and James (Marion Hiebert); and his friend Abe Friesen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
