He was predeceased by: his son Clifford John; his parents, Ken Hazelton and Josephine Hazelton; and his brothers-in-law, Harold Legge, Charlie LeMoal and Lionel Neil (Theresa).

He is survived by: his wife Marie Hazelton (LeMoal); his children, Ricky Culhane (Helene), Rick Hazelton (Lori), Brenda Taschuk (Ron) and Sandra Paterson; his siblings, Violet Legge, Irene Patterson (Frank) and Don Hazelton (Shirley); and his sister-in-law Doreen LeMoal.
