He is survived by: his wife Ruth Murphy; his children, Andrea MacKenzie and Danielle Caicco; his sons-in-law, Scott MacKenzie and Jason Caicco; his children, Kylie and Brady; his grandchild Harper; his siblings, Bob (Kay), Geraldine and Catherine; and his close friends, Sharon, George Oster, Margaret, Martin Parsons, Christine and Tony Wells.
