We are sad to announce that on November 14, 2021 we had to say goodbye to John Tabak (Calgary, Alberta), born in Orangeville, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Tabak; his sister Corrie Hancock; and his parents-in-law, Don, John, Lil and Neil.
He is survived by: his wife Joan (Fishburne); his mother Corrie Tabak; his siblings, Mary (Cornelis), Conrad, Rolly (George), Marten (Jan), Harold (Maria), Diane (Larry) and Alan; and also, Ron (Elaine), Doris, Audrey, Nancy, Fred (Cheryl) and Helen (Henry).
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place on Saturday December 4th at 1:00 pm at Ottewell United Church, 6611- 93A Ave Edmonton (entrance thru the back door), As per Alberta COVID Restriction Exemption program, proof of vaccination and masks are required.
