We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2026, at the age of 87, John Theodore Kunz in Calgary, Alberta, born in Medicine Hat, Alberta passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Cheal. He is survived by: his family, Richard (Brigitte), Stephen (Nadia) and Kenneth (Jodi); his grandchildren, Pearson, Monet (Ryan), Alexandra (Michael), Kaidan, Landen, Grace and Hannah; his close friend Margaret; his grandchild Yoshi; James and Peter (Kathy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Eden Brook Funeral Home (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z3K2).
