He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Cook and Candie Topor; his grandmothers, Thelma Keenan and Marie Turner; his siblings, Joseph, Jason, Lisa, Braiden and Brianne; and his aunts and uncles, Lynda, Teresa, Maria, Elizabeth, Carl, Randy and Jeff. He is also survived by niece's and relatives.
