Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved John William Thomson (Calgary, Alberta), who passed away at the age of 96, on January 9, 2025. He was predeceased by: his wife Joan Thomson; and his parents, Dorothy Thomson and William Thomson. He is survived by: his sister Mary-Louise Griffiths; his children, Jeffery (Connie), Hugh (Krista), Ian (Lisa), Andrew (Lesley) and Julia; and his grandchildren, Lyn, Jennifer, Chelsea, John-Eric, Taggart, Byron, Benjamin, Jessica, Sarah, Nigel, Hunter and Emma. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grace Presbyterian Church (1009 15 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2R0S5).
