He is survived by: his wife Wanda Red Gun; his children, Sally (Curtis), Scotty and Vernon; his mother Rose Red Gun; his siblings, Rufus (Carmen), Dion (Cherlene), Smokey (Harriette), Clayton, Horton, Grant Blackhorse (Dee Dee), Juliet, Nena, Harriet (Quinton) and Tama; his aunts and uncles, John Red Gun, Reggie, Patsy, Rachel, Erminskin and Bernadette Crow; his grandchildren, Samuel, Sierra, Harmony, Rosie, Jordan, Erin Amelie and Keanuk; and his adoptive children, Blaine "Joni" Big Old Man, Ginnie "Eli", Maisen Jole Lafrance, Natelie Daniglet and Douglas Reece. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
