He was predeceased by: his parent María Magdalena Pacheco; his siblings, Carlos Zepeda and Mercedes Zepeda; and his niece Nuvia Iracema. He is survived by: his siblings, María Magdalena Zepeda, Maria Teresa Zepeda, Alfredo Zepeda, Salvador Zepeda, Odilia Mejia and Beatriz Martínez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
