He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Spring and Isobel Spring. He is survived by: his spouse Linda Usselman; his children, Leanne Schiavetta (Martin) and Lisa Snow (Sam); his siblings, Clarence Spring (Kathy), Jeanette Spring, Sheila Letourneau and Lorne Spring (Linda); his friend Randy Hill; and his grandchildren, Callum, Abby, Kaylie and Charlie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great friends.
In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Rosedale Hospice or the Canadian Cancer Society.
