She was predeceased by: her husband John Blumhagen; her parents, William and Vera; her sisters, Faye, Ruby and Betty; and her grandson Daniel.

She is survived by: her daughters, Bernadette Pizzey, Gail Cousins and Carol Blumhagen; her grandchildren, Amanda, Jason and Breanne; and her sisters, Brenda (Harry) and Viola (Brian). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
