She was predeceased by: her siblings, Stewart, Eldon and Bernice. She is survived by: her children, Katherine Corey (Mitch Feldman) and Bruce Cawston (Larissa); her grandchildren, Natasha (Sam), Benjamin, Jennifer, Isaiah and Sahalie; her son Ronald Cawston (Tari); and her grandsons, Nicholas and Zachary.

In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Auditorium Theater in Virden or the Alzheimer Society Manitoba for Dementia Research.
