With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Joyce (Etta) Finnemore (Calgary, Alberta), born in Fernie, British Columbia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the sacred silence of farewell, Joyce is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Finnemore of Calgary; her children, John Finnemore (Stella) of High River, Janice Wills (Greg) of Calgary and Jeff Finnemore (Wanita) of Okotoks; Joyce. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Chapel) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4). A reception was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mountain View Funeral Home (Prairie View Lounge) (1605 100 St SE, Calgary, AB T1X0L4).
