He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Andre (Marie) of Fort Smith; his grandsons, David (Stacey) of Rogers and Michael (LeAnn); his great grandchildren, Addyson and Michael Jr. of Fort Smith; his grandson John of Bentonville; Arkansas.
