She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Brown and Arthur Brown. She is survived by: her husband John Peter Barnes; and her sons, John (Linda), Darren (Jodi) and Ryan (Amy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Foster's Garden Chapel (3220 4 St NW, Calgary, AB T2M2P4).
