It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Karen Ann (Whitton) Maki of Calgary, Alberta, who passed away on October 19, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Whitton and Charles Whitton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Maki; her daughters, Catherine Barron (Robert) of New York and Jillian Maki Hutchison (Cory) of Calgary; her brothers, Gary, Donald, David Whitton of Dieppe and Shediac; and her granddaughters, Isla and Evie.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Eden Brook Funeral Home and Cemetery (24223 Township Rd 242, Calgary, AB T3Z3K2).
