She was predeceased by: her husband Rick Kirby; her parents, Ralph Cumiford and Helen Cumiford; and her siblings, Jean Mclure, Bonnie Cumiford and Roy Cumiford.

She is survived by: her children, Krista Allen (Jon Ross) of Calgary and Russell Kirby (Elizabeth Gristey) of Elmsdale, ON; her grandchildren, Kyle Allen (Cassie), Cale Allen, Chloe Kirby, Declan Kirby, Jonas Ross and Kaylee Ross; and her siblings, John Cumiford (Bonnie), Edie Despas (Marvin) and Dawn Ferguson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
