She was predeceased by: her parents, Archibald King and Mary King; her siblings, Vera (Bud), Jessie (Robert), Jacqueline, Marie, Allen (Jeanette), Russell and Maureen; her son-in-law Thomas; and also, Charley and Leola Borwick.

She is survived by: her husband Ian Borwick; her children, Erin (Brian), Colleen, Jim (Cathy) and Bruce (Nicole); her grandchildren, Graham (Carly), Rebecca (Brendan), Danielle (Zach), Kailey (Spencer), Jamie (Justin), Charley, Hayden, Caleb, Sasha and Mimi; and her great grandchildren, Marie, Vivian, Lucy, Grace, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Olivia, Flynn, Nora, Rosie and Remy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
