She is survived by: her husband Jon Claude Joseph LeBlanc of Creston, BC; her son Christopher Daniel Arthurs; her daughter-in-law Faith Vieville of Creston, BC; her granddaughter Liria Sylvi Crossen Arthurs; her brothers, James Arthurs (Wendy Froberg) of Calgary, AB and Daniel Arthurs (Tracy Arthurs) of Lethbridge, AB; her friend Sandra Bonar; her pets, Sparky, Ivy and Benny; Scott Bonar of Creston, BC.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, SFU allowed Kelly to work from her Port Moody home, then later from her new home in Creston.

Additional memorial trees will be planted through Canadian conservation and reforestation initiatives, as a result of memorial contributions.
