He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Marie and Anne Marie; his brother Bud; his son Keith; his father-in-law Willard; and his brother-in-law Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Ashley, Courtney, Kenny, Mike, Roxanne, Kenneth Jr. and Carrie; his adopteds, Teresa Campbell, Lloyd Berthot, Wendy Campbell, Kelly Campbell and Mike Bain; his nephew Kyle Hynd; and his friends, Ripley, Rio and Envy.
